Privacy Policy

What we collect

The extension collects anonymous usage data to understand how the product is used and to improve it. Specifically:

• An anonymous device identifier — a one-way hash of browser characteristics (user-agent, screen size, timezone). It cannot be reversed to identify you.
• Usage events: extension icon clicks, platform switches, image searches (start, success, error), keyword searches.
• Country, derived automatically from your IP address by our analytics provider. The IP itself is not stored.

What we do not collect

• Your name, email, or any account information.
• The images you search.
• Your browsing history.
• Any personally identifiable information.

How we use it

Usage data is used solely to understand which features are used, detect errors, and improve the extension. We do not sell, trade, or share this data with third parties for advertising or any purpose unrelated to operating the extension.

Third-party services

Usage events are sent to Amplitude (amplitude.com), an analytics platform. Amplitude processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Data retention

Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. No data is stored locally on your device beyond the anonymous device ID saved in the extension's local storage.

Your choices

You can uninstall the extension at any time from chrome://extensions. Uninstalling removes all locally stored data.
